In 1949 Ludwig meyer startet a unique logistics company with one idea, passion and just one truck. Also today the family manages the company.
Based in Friedrichsdorf (Germany) taylor-made supply chain solutions an multitemperature-distribution with one-stop-shopping are the companys mission.
1,800 employees and 1,200 own GPS controlled trucks ensure that 1,050 restaurants in 8 countries are supplied with fresh goods every day. In this process the company with the "whisper fleet" relies on environment-friendly hybrid technology and natural gas engines as well.
